Enameled rectangular/flat wire is a type of magnet wire with a rectangular cross-section coated with a thin layer of insulating enamel.

It solves the coil performance bottleneck problem, making the resistance smaller and the capacitance larger. It can meet the requirements of large capacitor and high load application scenarios.

 

(3) The cross-sectional area is larger

Enameled rectangular wire has a larger cross-sectional area than enameled round wire. The heat dissipation area is also increased accordingly, and the heat dissipation effect is significantly improved. At the same time, it can also greatly improve the “skin effect” and reduce the loss of high-frequency motors. The skin effect is that when alternating current passes through a conductor, the current will flow concentrated on the surface of the conductor.

For components with particularly high requirements for low power consumption and high performance, it is necessary to produce high-precision rectangular enameled copper wires.

For components with particularly high requirements for impact resistance, high-toughness rectangular enameled copper wires are required.

For components with particularly high requirements for service life, durable rectangular enameled copper wires are required.
